The Women of Spaulding Ridge had the opportunity to travel to San Pancho, Mexico with Ignite Journeys over the last four days for our women’s leadership retreat. What a life-changing journey! We had the opportunity to learn more about the San Pancho community, about Entreamigos – an organization whose mission is to increase learning opportunities for children and families through the implementation of educational programs based on principles of integration and collective community action – their impact on their local community, met their women entrepreneurs and had the chance to learn more about their at-risk youth programs along with having the opportunity to learn new skills.

Spaulding Ridge values giving back. At our first annual company meeting, we spent an afternoon volunteering with Cradles to Crayons Chicago, adding supplies to more than 200 backpacks for kids heading back to school.
