To our valued Clients and Partners:

We are living through an unprecedented time, as together we watch the unfolding events of the COVID-19 epidemic around the world. The situation is evolving daily, and we are all trying to adapt to the ‘new normal’ in the way we work, live, and socialize with each other. We hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy.

What we are doing

In response to the current situation, we have implemented our Business Continuity Plan, which enables our clients and colleagues to remain safe, while still allowing us to take care of customers’ needs and deliver critical business solutions in the Cloud. We have suspended all travel and have implemented a ‘work from home’ policy in all of our offices across the globe. We recognize that our clients depend on our solutions to run their business—perhaps now more than ever—and we assure you that we will meet your deliverables without interruption.

How we were prepared

Even before the outbreak, Spaulding Ridge had implemented numerous Cloud technologies, delivery methodologies, and Data Security policies, which enable us to work securely from any location. We already had many colleagues who were delivering projects remotely. We employ Zoom video conferencing for all of our remote meetings, an Agile delivery methodology that allows us to develop solutions quickly and efficiently, and multi-factor authentication on every Spaulding Ridge system. Our clients’ data security is of paramount importance, and it is safe regardless of where the work is taking place.

What hasn’t changed

Our commitment to 100% client success remains, as does our belief that all business is personal. During these uncertain times, when we all have enough to worry about, our clients do not have to worry that we will deliver successful business solutions in the Cloud. All of our projects are designed to help people run their businesses more efficiently, more effectively, and with greater data security (even in a remote environment). Those objectives remain and are now more strategic than ever.

How we can help you

For those companies that have also implemented a work-from-home policy, talk to us. We can help you ensure that ‘remote workers’ and ‘data security’ go hand-in-hand. Sadly, cybercriminals are using this global crisis to take advantage of companies when their guard may be down. Don’t be a victim.

For organizations that may be concerned about liquidity, we offer a number of solutions for cash flow modeling and liquidity planning to ensure business continuity, even in the face of disruption. Businesses need agility now more than ever, and our Cloud-based planning solutions enable leaders to make data-driven decisions.

Finally, now is the time to embrace Cloud technologies such as electronic signature and contract management, sales transformation, and connected planning. All of these solutions will enable agile businesses to continue operating under challenging economic conditions.

Our hearts go out to all those impacted by this crisis, and we hope that you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy during this time. Our leadership team remains vigilant and will continue to monitor the situation and respond rapidly as conditions evolve. To all of our clients, partners, colleagues, and friends—we are with you. Please take care of yourselves and thank you for your continued support.
