His expertise in Salesforce combined with his coaching credentials will be invaluable to clients standing up Revenue Cloud for advisory, implementation, and best practices empowerment.

John Garvens is an industry-recognized CRM strategist with broad and deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience and expertise.

Throughout his Salesforce career, John has worked as a Salesforce administrator, consultant, instructor, and architect for Salesforce customers and partners. Prior to joining Spaulding Ridge, he worked as a Solution Architect at Salesforce on an elite team of Revenue Cloud experts.

As a consultant and architect, John has led, advised on, or contributed to more than 75 Revenue Cloud implementations for clients of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500s, across a range of industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, and Technology.

In addition to his experience as a strategic Revenue Cloud advisor, John is a natural teacher and loves empowering others. From teaching CPQ administration to hundreds of Salesforce professionals to creating the most-used CPQ Specialist study guide in the Salesforce ecosystem to leading private CPQ training workshops for some of the biggest names in Technology and Professional Services, thousands have benefitted from John’s teaching abilities.

John is also a military veteran and enjoys giving back to the military community, mentoring military veterans and their spouses on transitioning out of the military and into the Salesforce ecosystem.

As a Director at Spaulding Ridge, John will leverage his Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation and instruction experience and expertise to strengthen and grow the CPQ and Billing practices, leading his teams and clients through successful Quote-to-Cash transformations.
