Chicago, IL | December 10, 2025 – Spaulding Ridge, a leading global cloud advisory and implementation firm, announced today that Derek Larsen, Derik Quinn, and Mike Zajec have joined the firm as managing directors. These three new leaders bring unique skills to our firm that will further expand what we can offer our clients. Their addition reflects Spaulding Ridge’s continued growth and the company’s expectation of further success in 2025 and beyond. The result will be deeper capabilities for key markets such as the office of the CFO, private equity, and the tech industry.
Derek Larsen will serve as a Managing Director in the Data Solutions practice. He will be a force multiplier, defining solutions to accelerate the go-to-market engine and driving growth for Spaulding Ridge. Derek brings over 15 years of experience designing and launching new offerings and aligning the services strategy as part of a holistic GTM approach. His efforts help companies capitalize on their data landscape and unlock revenue streams using emerging technologies and analytics. With AI changing the way every industry works, Derek’s work will give Spaulding Ridge clients the confidence to pioneer new markets and disrupt existing ones with reimagined offerings. Prior to joining Spaulding Ridge, Derek served in senior roles at a leading consultancy and was a VP of Product Management and GTM for prominent technology and data/analytics engineering companies.
At Spaulding Ridge, Derik Quinn will specialize in revenue transformations for private equity and the high-tech industry, two high-growth areas that Spaulding Ridge serves. Numerous enterprises have trusted Derik to optimize their revenue generation strategies. His understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and technology will allow him to solve revenue challenges for clients through data. Derik has extensive experience in the consulting sector as a management consultant and a strategic client partner.
Mike Zajec will be focused on crafting and executing strategies that drive revenue, expand market share, and establish enduring client relationships through creating value for our customers. He is committed to working with forward-thinking organizations and stakeholders to drive the next wave of growth and innovation through modernizing technology, fostering innovation, and enhancing efficiency. Mike has decades of experience selling and delivering professional services powered by enterprise technology. At Spaulding Ridge, he’ll help build the firm’s brand and reputation as a provider of cutting-edge solutions to business challenges. Before joining Spaulding Ridge, Mike held several sales leadership positions at major consulting firms, focused on enterprise performance management and business intelligence.
