Spaulding Ridge, LLC, a leading cloud advisory and SaaS implementation firm, announced five colleagues had been added to its senior leadership team including Matt Cain as Associate Principal, Nancy Cook as Associate Principal, Sam Kubek as Principal, Kyle Rish as Associate Principal, and Chip Tondreau as Associate Principal.

Matt Cain has recently joined Spaulding Ridge as an Associate Partner in the Advisory practice, supporting clients in all facets of their technology-based financial transformation initiatives. Matt has spent ten years in enterprise financial technology transformation advisory in leadership roles spanning the spectrum of system enablement programs, including integration strategy, solution architecture, configuration, and change management. As a CFA charter holder, Matt approaches client challenges and opportunities from both a functional and technical perspective, ensuring companies understand and ultimately realize the highest potential return from their enterprise cloud software investments. Matt’s industry experience includes Oil & Gas, Mining, Higher Education, Transportation & Logistics, and others. Matt is currently based in beautiful Calgary, Alberta.

Nancy Cook leads Delivery and Consultancy Management for the Salesforce practice. Before to joining Spaulding Ridge, she served as Director of Consulting Services at Appirio, a Wipro Company, where she developed the vision and strategy for consultant development and practice growth. She has almost 20 years of experience working with Salesforce and in consulting. Nancy is based in Baltimore, MD.

Sam Kubek assists in leading Spaulding Ridge’s Anaplan business as well as overseeing several strategic clients across the firm, and the technologies and services we offer. As a seasoned consultant, Sam has worked with many Fortune 1000 companies across many industries and has run programs spanning across finance, supply chain, and sales for multiple clients. His work has focused on helping our clients solve their technological and process challenges, historically with a focus on the office of the CFO. He is also passionate about building meaningful relationships, both with our clients and our people at Spaulding Ridge. Sam is based in Chicago, IL.

Chip Tondreau was recently promoted to Associate Partner in Spaulding Ridge’s Salesforce practice, where he leads engagements with the company’s enterprise clients. Chip has more than 30 years of consulting experience in Fortune 500, SMB, and non-profit organizations across the technology, finance, insurance, public health, and federal government sectors. In his work for Spaulding Ridge, he has helped major clients modernize and transform their sales and contracting processes to realize dramatic improvements in internal efficiencies, time to market, client engagement, and sales volume. His expertise includes leading teams across CRM, CPQ, and CLM, as well as managing large organizations through “go-to cloud” technology modernization initiatives. Chip’s international experience includes clients in the UK, Europe, and AU/NZ. Chip is based in Washington, DC.

Kyle Rish was recently promoted to Associate Partner for Spaulding Ridge’s Anaplan business, explicitly leading the firm’s supply chain delivery. Before his time at Spaulding Ridge, Kyle gained valuable experience in various supply chain roles for two of the largest companies in the world at Apple and PepsiCo. His focus at Spaulding Ridge has been driving supply chain optimization and merging this industry expertise with the Anaplan Platform. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships with both our clients and our people at Spaulding Ridge. Kyle is based in Austin, TX.
