Spaulding Ridge, LLC, a leading cloud advisory and SaaS implementation firm, announced three colleagues have been added to its senior leadership team including John Beringer as Principal, Sam Kubek as Associate Principal and Karthik Nagarajan as Associate Principal.
John Beringer was recently promoted to Partner to lead Spaulding Ridge’s DocuSign practice. He brings a wide array of expertise including large program and portfolio management with a variety of Spaulding Ridge’s best-in-cloud technologies. Most recently, John has developed Spaulding Ridge’s DocuSign business, growing a portfolio of over 30 clients transforming their business with DocuSign Agreement Cloud. Prior to Spaulding Ridge, John’s experience in management consulting ranges from developing and leading multidisciplinary teams across CLM, EPM, BI, CRM, and ERP domains and managing large client programs most notably in the in higher education, finance technology, and insurance industries. John is based in Chicago.
Sam Kubek assists in leading Spaulding Ridge’s Anaplan business as well as overseeing a number of strategic clients across the firm, and the technologies and services we offer. As a seasoned consultant, Sam has worked with many Fortune 1000 companies across a number of industries and has run programs spanning across finance, supply chain, and sales for multiple clients. His work has focused on helping our clients solve their technological and process challenges, historically with a focus on the office of the CFO. He is also passionate about building meaningful relationships, both with our clients and our people at Spaulding Ridge. Sam is based in Chicago.
Karthik Nagarajan was recently promoted to Associate Partner for Spaulding Ridge’s Anaplan business and oversees a number of strategic clients. He began his career at one of the largest banks in the United States, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, before transitioning into the enterprise technology space. Karthik focuses on providing wholistic, technology-agnostic, solutions that center around the office of the CFO, and has led multiple global financial transformation efforts across industries spanning from Healthcare to Aerospace. Karthik is based in Austin.
