Chicago, IL | December 4, 2024 – Spaulding Ridge, a global cloud advisory and implementation firm, today announced that Ralph Shayne has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Sameer Jain has joined as APAC Operations Senior Director. These two experienced hires represent Spaulding Ridge’s continued investments in operational capacity and global growth.
Ralph Shayne is a seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and investor/advisor in fintech and technology-driven businesses. A three-time founder, Ralph leverages that as well as his private equity experience to guide other high-growth businesses.
As Chief Financial Officer, Ralph will oversee all financial operations for Spaulding Ridge, as well as joining the executive team to advise on company strategy. His management skills, as well as his experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and data analytics, will help Spaulding Ridge continue to scale.

Sameer Jain brings 27 years of diverse experience in the IT industry to Spaulding Ridge. He has held senior leadership roles in numerous large organizations, where he has been responsible for overall operations, P&L management, M&A, and strategic growth initiatives.
As the Senior Director for APAC Operations, Sameer will oversee the daily operations of Spaulding Ridge’s APAC offices. His responsibilities will include operational management, strategic planning, and building Spaulding Ridge’s team and employer brand in APAC. Additionally, he will contribute to financial initiatives and spearhead continuous improvement efforts in the region.
