Chicago, IL (September 19, 2024) – Spaulding Ridge, a global cloud advisory and implementation firm, today announced that David Felsenthal has joined Spaulding Ridge as a Partner in the firm’s Finance and Operations practice, and Rich Johnson has been promoted to Senior Vice President of People.

David Felsenthal has worked in system integration consulting for over 20 years, serving in leadership roles at several professional services organizations. As a consultant, he has advised organizations on how to digitally transform numerous business functions, helping enterprise organizations use established best-in-class and emerging systems to streamline their close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, sales, and operational planning capabilities.
In his work with Spaulding Ridge, David will focus on delivering OneStream Software’s Sensible Machine Learning offering and other growing AI/ML capabilities that promise to speed up financial forecasting for enterprise companies. AI’s role in business is still coming into focus, and David will help Spaulding Ridge lead the market in putting it to work for finance teams.
After several decades of experience managing teams and developing leaders, Rich joined the HR Team at Spaulding Ridge in January 2022. His initial focus on talent development quickly expanded into overseeing culture, engagement and global recruiting, as Spaulding Ridge’s employee base grew by 50%, adding more than 200 employees around the world.
Under his leadership, Spaulding Ridge launched leadership programs for every level and role in the organization and created Spaulding University, a one-stop shop for employees to access training and development to grow their careers.
In his new role as SVP of People, Rich will lead the entire global HR function, developing and executing a multi-year strategy to support Spaulding Ridge’s further employee growth in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, while continuing to provide an industry-best employee value proposition.
