CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Spaulding Ridge, LLC, a management consulting company offering executive-level, practical advice and IT solutions to scale businesses, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Buan Consulting, a leading provider of Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Contract Management services.
The acquisition is the second of Spaulding Ridge’s following the acquisition of Plan Rocket in February 2018 that expanded its offerings to include Anaplan advisory and technical implementation. The addition of Buan Consulting and creation of a Salesforce practice complements Spaulding Ridge’s growing capabilities and further actualizes the organization’s strategy and commitment to providing best-in-cloud solutions across all business functions.
