Spaulding Ridge, LLC, a leading cloud advisory and SaaS implementation firm, announced three additions to its leadership team this week, including Sarah Barnes as Vice President, Marketing, Chip Tondreau as Partner, and Shaki Krishnamoorthy as Associate Partner.
Sarah Barnes – VP of Marketing
Sarah Barnes joins Spaulding Ridge as Vice President, Marketing, to oversee the organization’s strategic global marketing program, aimed at increasing brand awareness and business development in both new and existing markets. Having led customer-centric marketing and sales enablement initiatives at medium-to-large publicly-traded companies within the digital transformation space, Sarah brings significant experience accelerating pipeline and revenue growth in close collaboration with sales to Spaulding Ridge.
Chip Tondreau – Partner
Chip Tondreau is bringing his wealth of experience and accomplishments at Spaulding Ridge to his new role as Partner. He joined us through the Buan Consulting acquisition in 2018 as a Vice President, played a key role in maintaining those client relationships, and successfully led the integration of the consultants and projects into the Spaulding Ridge Salesforce practice. Working closely with the Salesforce leadership team, he has helped keep the Salesforce practice growing in the right direction and has also been a consistent advocate for improving how we manage our clients through our values.
Chip has successfully built a strong portfolio of clients that continue to expand their relationships with us. While our initial relationship with a client is often as a technical partner in a single project, Chip’s leadership has allowed Spaulding Ridge to elevate those relationships to a strategic level where clients come to rely on us through recurring projects and higher-level advisory services. His leadership over the Salesforce practice’s Project Management Office (PMO) and the practice’s primary project delivery tool, jAAm, is allowing the practice to grow and still reliably deliver solutions to clients using best practices and standardized methodologies. This performance matches Spaulding Ridge’s overall goals of delivering excellence and value while growing the client relationship.
As partner, Chip will shape and drive the future of our Salesforce practice and expand our value to clients by bringing new, innovative solutions to clients, building out strategic, cross-practice offerings, and retaining a focus on the quality of our delivery and the maturity of our processes.
Shaki Krishnamoorthy – Associate Partner
Shaki Krishnamoorthy joins Spaulding Ridge as Associate Partner, helping lead our MuleSoft practice. Shaki is a Salesforce Certified System and Application Architect (14x certified) passionate about data science and focused on the digital transformation leveraging the Salesforce & MuleSoft platform. She has over 24 years of IT experience in delivering strategic roadmaps and cutting edge cloud solutions across many industries globally.
Shaki comes from Salesforce, where she played a Strategic Advisory services lead role on their enterprise account – PayPal, influencing the rollout of digital sales transformation initiatives in 2020. She was instrumental in growing the Salesforce professional services revenue by 7 times. Prior to Salesforce, Shaki was Vice President, Global Practice Head of MuleSoft, and Salesforce Integration and Analytics practice at Appirio Inc. She spent the past seven years focused on the Alliance, led Strategic Initiatives, built practices from the ground up, mentored architects, executed complex Data Migrations, Integrations, built Analytics and AI solutions for the U.S fortune 500 companies and global customers.
