Spaulding Ridge, LLC, a leading cloud advisory and SaaS implementation firm, announced two new additions to its leadership team this week, including the promotion of John Booth to Vice President of Technology and Security and welcoming Curtis Gratz as Associate Partner.
John Booth brings his unique style and creative technology approach to empower sustainable business solutions to his new role as VP of Technology and Security.
In 2008, John began his journey into consulting after completing a 9-year Information Technology career as a Senior Manager at a Fortune 100 financial services firm.
In 2018, John decided to pick up an instrument and join the band, where he served as Director of our Technology Advisory Group, helping build our integration and analytics consulting capabilities across multiple practice areas, including Anaplan, DocuSign, OneStream, and Salesforce. In 2019, John transitioned to lead Spaulding Ridge’s internal technology team, managing and supporting our 2020 Digital Transformation efforts. He has taken measurable steps to improve our control and security posture to meet client, partner, and Spaulding Ridge expectations to lower risk from both internal and external threats.
John is excited to continue our aggressive Digital Transformation efforts to provide new enabling technologies while scaling the technology team to support Spaulding Ridge’s growth goals.
Curtis Gratz joins Spaulding Ridge as Associate Partner, bringing 15+ years of experience consulting different types of organizations. He is adept at assessing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing road maps for implementing recommendations, and helping clients realize those future state visions via value-added software and process solutions.  Curtis brings significant experience to his new role from working with clients to help set the vision, realize near-term results, and execute on their organization’s long-term needs. He is also a frequent speaker at various conferences and industry events with his clients regarding industry trends and sharing innovative solutions.
