Arci has worked in institutions of higher learning across the state of Texas for 17 years. She has extensive experience with space efficiency, utilization and optimization—both in practice and in theory—and she specializes in bridging the gap between facilities and enrollment management. She is also adept at facilities asset management and the role that plays in capital planning and meeting the Mission and Objectives of an institution.
