Aron Clymer is a data solutions expert with over two decades of experience in the technology field. As a Managing Director at Spaulding Ridge, he manages the data solutions team, overseeing go-to-market strategies and guiding clients through project lifecycles. His extensive industry experience encompasses building and leading data teams, creating high-value datasets for company wide use, and leveraging data for better decisions across organizations. Not just a technologist, Aron also understands that to help clients use their data most effectively, they’ll also need to consider how their people and their processes will interact with data.
Prior to joining Spaulding Ridge, Aron was the founder and CEO of Data Clymer, a professional data services firm acquired by Spaulding Ridge in April 2024. His leadership experience also includes founding and developing data teams during his tenure at Salesforce.
Aron holds a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he balances his professional life with outdoor adventures, spending time on the lake with his family, and pursuing his passion for sailing.
