She plays a key leadership role in Spaulding Ridge’s Women Elevate initiative, serving as Partner Sponsor for the Chicago roundtable where she engaged dozens of senior women executives. She also co-developed the Women Elevate Roundtable Operating Model playbook for Chicago and New York City and regularly mentors junior employees and emerging leaders. Prior to joining Spaulding Ridge, Becca designed and implemented financial planning and forecasting solutions across multiple EPM platforms, supporting workforce, capex, resource, and project planning use cases. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
