Before joining Spaulding Ridge, Chad worked at several business and digital strategy firms as well as software and cloud application companies, where he developed his love for services and software implementation. Known for his commitment to authentic partnerships, Chad takes pride not only in the milestone celebrations of a successful go-live but also in guiding teams and clients through difficult moments with resilience and respect.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Chad enjoys skiing, cheering for the Denver Broncos, coaching youth sports, and giving back to the community as a volunteer basketball coach with the Gold Crown Foundation. Chad earned his bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa.
