Dan Dal Degan is a veteran software and technology executive with over three decades of leadership experience in enterprise solutions, growth strategy, and global sales. He has served as an Operating Executive at Marlin Equity Partners, specializing in software, technology, and services investments, and as a Board Member of EPAM Systems.
Dan was the CEO of SpringCM, where he led the company through significant growth and a successful exit to Docusign in 2018. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles as SVP of Sales and Marketing at Salesforce and in management positions at Oracle and Siebel Systems, where he built and scaled high-performing teams.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
