Jim Kowalski is a seasoned technology and sales leader with extensive experience guiding global enterprise organizations through growth and transformation. He currently serves as the CEO of The Blacksmith Group, LLC, a company that provides guidance and advisory services to multiple technology companies.
Previously, Jim held senior leadership roles across the technology industry, including General Manager of North America Enterprise at Domo, Chief Revenue Officer at MapR Data Technologies, SVP of Enterprise Businesses at Marketo, and Group Vice President for North America BI & Analytics at Oracle. Throughout his career, he has specialized in driving enterprise sales strategies, scaling global teams, and building customer-focused go-to-market operations.
Jim holds an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BBA in marketing from the University of Notre Dame and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
