About Kevin

Kevin Josephson is President and Chief Delivery Officer at Spaulding Ridge in addition to Senior Managing Partner. He has spent 20+ years in the management consulting field helping companies of all sizes with their sales performance management and sales effectiveness. Responsible for scaling our delivery teams globally, Kevin focuses on consistent, quality results for clients. He has deep expertise in tech, life sciences, and manufacturing and distribution industries.

The highlight of his personal career happened in 2018. While a Partner at Spaulding Ridge, Kevin was named a Top 25 Consultant globally by Consulting Magazine, Inc. Although, he says, “Personally, [I’m] most proud of the folks I’ve seen promoted in their careers based on work with us. I’ve seen clients reach VP levels in their organizations, our business partners take on new leadership roles, and most of our bandmates rising in their career.”

Kevin lives in Chicago, IL, with his wife, their twin daughters, and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. He is an avid indoor cycler, cook, and traveler.

Prior to his time at Spaulding Ridge, Kevin worked at a variety of consulting firms after graduating from Northwestern University with his BA in Economics.
