Kevin Josephson is a Managing Director at Spaulding Ridge with more than 20 years of experience in management consulting. He specializes in sales performance management and sales effectiveness, working with companies of all sizes to optimize business outcomes through cloud technology. At Spaulding Ridge, Kevin is responsible for scaling delivery teams globally, ensuring consistent, high-quality results across client engagements. He has deep expertise in the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing and distribution industries.
A highlight of Kevin’s career came in 2018, when he was recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the Top 25 Consultants worldwide. While appreciative of the accolade, Kevin is most proud of the people he has helped advance—clients who have risen to VP-level roles, business partners who have taken on new leadership opportunities, and countless Spaulding Ridge colleagues who have grown in their careers under his mentorship.
Kevin earned his BA in Economics from Northwestern University. Based in Chicago, he enjoys indoor cycling, cooking, and traveling in his free time.
