About Liz

Liz Schaffer is a customer-centric operations leader with more than 10 years of experience, covering a range of industries that include: telecommunications, retail sales, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and software consulting. She has experience and knowledge across customer success, financial budgeting and forecasting, sales planning, compensation and commissions, and other core business functions.  Liz joined the Spaulding Ridge band in 2019 as a Director and became the VP of Operations in August 2020.

Liz is based out of Colorado but still “bleeds blue” as a University of Kentucky graduate and continued fan. She is passionate about the outdoors, frequently doing independent and group clean ups around the Denver area.

Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Liz worked at Anaplan, AT&T Mobility, and Kraft Foods.

Liz earned her BBA in Marketing, Finance, & International Business at the University of Kentucky.
