About Matthew

Matthew is a Director at Spaulding Ridge with over 10 years of consulting experience focused on leading his firm’s most strategic initiatives. Matthew’s expertise is large transformation projects leveraging technology to enable process improvement. Matthew’s focus is working closely with his clients to effectively manage large programs and ensure effective change management and readiness. Matthew also has in depth knowledge of the Anaplan platform across a wide range of use cases including financial modelling, asset valuation modeling and sales performance management.​

Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Matthew spent 5 years leading finance transformation projects for a global publicly traded management consulting firm where he focused on technology enabled budgeting and financial planning projects in Europe, the United States, Canada and South America. Prior to that, Matthew spent 2 years as an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Real Estate Investment Banking ​group.
