Mick Ramczyk is a data expert and thought leader who oversees go to market operations and delivery as a Managing Director at Spaulding Ridge. Mick leverages his 20+ years of experience helping organizations modernize their data capabilities by focusing on data strategy, data execution, and the resulting insights. He aims to bridge the gap between technology and clients, empowering people to truly understand what their systems are capable of.
Mick uses his data expertise to drive quicker and more continuous value for leading organizations in an array of industries, including Healthcare (Provider/Payer), Retail, Private Equity, Manufacturing, and Energy. While he has used his expertise across a variety of industries, Mick has a special passion for efforts that enable healthcare to be more effective and efficient for everyone.
Mick received his Bachelor of Arts, Computer Science and Mathematics from Saint John’s University. Throughout his career, he has received many honors, including an Innovation Award during his time at United Health Group, and passes on his knowledge as a speaker at industry conferences.
Outside of the office, Mick enjoys spending time with his family, especially in the summertime with his wife and sons, and is an avid bike rider.
