About Sarah

Sarah Barnes is an accomplished and seasoned B2B marketing and business development professional.

As CMO, Sarah oversees global marketing strategy at Spaulding Ridge. She is responsible for driving marketing efforts that contribute to long-term success in alignment with company goals, including but not limited to: increasing brand awareness, growing both net-new and existing revenue pipeline, furthering alliance partnerships, and strategic account-based marketing efforts. She sets goals for internal teams, mentors up-and-coming talent, and develops scalable systems to measure success, as well as manages the budget and leverages creative PR strategies to build relationships.

Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Sarah spent time at tech companies InnerWorkings (now HH Global) and nvisia, as well as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago teaching courses in the Quinlan School of Business on Digital Marketing. Sarah is a frequent guest speaker and a 2021 recipient of the Crain’s Notable Executives in Marketing.
