Wade is an experienced leader of global sourcing and procurement organizations. Through 25 years of driving global optimization and transformation, he has been responsible for building successful teams and strategies while delivering results through collaboration with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Wade spent over 10 years leading the global source to pay function at Teleperformance through growth from $2B to $6.5B annual revenue. Wade has managed global teams to maximize operational efficiencies, mitigate risk and optimize spend management to improve the financial and competitive position of industry leaders including Teleperformance, RadioShack, Boart Longyear Company and Novell.
Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Wade was the Chief Procurement Officer for Teleperformance Group, Inc., and before that Owner and Principal Consultant at Big Mountain Consulting, LLC. He has been a speaker for numerous professional organizations, including: ISM, Sourcing Interests Group, ProcureCon, Corporate Executive Board, Procurement Strategy Council, and Coupa Inspire.
He is a member and volunteer mentor in Utah Procurement Leaders.
