CHICAGO, IL, USA | March 7, 2023 – Spaulding Ridge, leading cloud advisory and implementation firm, today announced several additions to the leadership team, representing two new hires from leading firms and several internal promotions. These leadership additions reflect the company’s impressive five-year growth and a deeper focus on strategic solutions for the offices of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer.

Spaulding Ridge announces the following key leadership hires:
Jeff Radtke, Managing Partner, Revenue Excellence
Jeff Radtke has served clients and led teams in business, finance, and technology consulting for over 25 years. A proven delivery and operations leader, Jeff is an expert in directing teams and processes to ensure excellent, consistent client service at scale. He joins Spaulding Ridge from Silverline, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, he led teams at several global consultancies, delivering exceptional client service and managing high-performing business technology practices.
Jeff will lead Spaulding Ridge’s customer lifecycle service line within their Revenue Excellence practice, expanding and scaling this service line to serve a broader range of client needs. He will help to expand Spaulding Ridge’s global delivery capabilities, coordinating work between local consulting teams and their global delivery centers.
Chris Sills, Managing Partner, Finance Transformation
Chris Sills brings more than 25 years’ experience transforming organizations through technology enablement, and a successful track record of growing consulting businesses by developing functional and industry offerings. He leads Spaulding Ridge’s finance transformation service line, overseeing its offerings to a wide range of global clients within the Finance and Operations practice.
Chris comes to Spaulding Ridge from Oracle Consulting Group, where as a group vice president he developed its energy and utilities vertical. In his time leading the vertical, Oracle added several top tier energy companies to their portfolio and led one of the top transformations in the energy industry. Chris has spent most of his career leading large-business transformation across several functional areas including financials, supply chain, budgeting and planning, treasury, human capital management, business intelligence, and capital project management.

Kevin Josephson, President and Chief Delivery Officer
As President and Chief Delivery Officer, Kevin will focus on driving excellence in delivery and program management, building on his recent work to establish a standardized delivery model for the firm. He will oversee the North America team and will also support the establishment and growth of our Data Solutions practice.
Kevin has spent 20+ years in the management consulting field helping companies of all sizes. Responsible for scaling our delivery teams globally, Kevin focuses on consistent, quality results for clients. He has deep expertise in tech, life sciences, and manufacturing and distribution.
Chad MacKendrick, Senior Managing Partner, Finance Transformation
As a Senior Managing Partner, Chad will oversee our Finance and Operations practice, building sales, delivery, and managed services teams to support the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Chad worked for a number of business and digital strategy firms, as well as for software and cloud application companies. This experience guides him in delivering exceptional service to clients and developing best-in-class offerings.
Matt Cain, Managing Partner, Finance Transformation
Matt Cain will move into the role of Managing Partner in the Finance and Operations practice. In this role, he will continue to develop Spaulding Ridge’s financial planning and analysis offerings, provide executive sponsorship of projects with clients across North America, and develop the team to ensure excellent service to the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, Matt brings more than ten years of experience in finance to his work with Spaulding Ridge. His career includes consulting and management roles at several client service companies focused on business technology.
Sarah Barnes, Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Sarah will continue to lead efforts to advance Spaulding Ridge’s brand in the marketplace, further account-based marketing efforts, and maintain ties with alliance partners. She will continue to shape Spaulding Ridge’s go-to-market operations, sales enablement, digital communications, and thought leadership approach.
Sarah Barnes took on leadership of marketing in 2021 and has built a multi-faceted marketing, sales enablement, and alliances team. She led the development of Spaulding Ridge’s brand from a boutique technical partner to a global strategic implementor. Prior to Spaulding Ridge, she held marketing leadership roles at several client service organizations and served as adjunct faculty at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.
Liz Peterson, Vice President Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Liz Peterson will oversee all functions of the operations team. She will collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders to define the strategic roadmap for operations related to budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, financial close, financial reporting, sales performance management, and other business functions. Liz joined Spaulding Ridge in 2021 and has since overseen all areas of the operations team.
