At Spaulding Ridge, we strive to provide a work environment where people of all cultures, races, and ethnicities can thrive. We do this by ensuring equitable processes and decision making throughout the employee lifecycle and by championing education and connection for our people.

CRE at Spaulding Ridge takes the lead to educate our people on global cultures, the history and traditions of different groups, and by hosting conversations that foster understanding and inclusion.

The more we understand each other, the more we can support each other. CRE regularly hosts company-wide calls to educate our workforce on different cultures and traditions. Past topics have included: Culture & Holidays in India, a partnership with our PROUD ERG discussing intersectionality titled Juneteenth and Pride, and a session highlighting the diversity of the Hispanic/Latino culture during Hispanic Heritage Month. 


CRE launched a Global Buddy System where employees across all of Spaulding Ridge’s locations have the chance to be partnered with someone from a different country to make connections across the globe. The connections built through this program help us work together and benefit from the diversity of our team. 


Spaulding Ridge’s responsibilities don’t end with our own company. CRE partners with external programs and organizations to host community service events, both virtually and in person, like our school supply drive supporting Wadsworth STEM Elementary school.
