Welcome to the second installment of our “Get to Know Managed Services” interview series! Our Managed Services practice at Spaulding Ridge is filled with familiar faces and years of industry expertise. Next up in our series is Managed Services Senior Director, Jessica Cook.

Interviewer: Tell us about your background and role in Spaulding Ridge’s Managed Services.

Cook: My background is in legal technology. I am a licensed attorney, and I have been in consulting for over 15 years now, in roles specializing in eDiscovery, contract abstraction, AI, and contract lifecycle management. When I joined Spaulding Ridge back in 2021, it was as part of our Legal Operations practice supporting DocuSign, and I led the rollout of DocuSign Managed Services. I saw how our clients continued to need technology support after their implementations went live and how Spaulding Ridge could be an integral support system for them through best practices advisory services, troubleshooting, and ongoing enablement.

Interviewer: What does our Managed Services offering aim to solve?

Cook: Our goal is always for our clients to successfully adopt these best-in-cloud technologies and see the impact in the form of improvements to their business processes. It can be hard to not only implement a new technology and train an organization’s staff on how to correctly use it, but to also continue to efficiently administer it.
