Kristine Stowell is an experienced Senior Delivery Director with strong leadership skills across business process transformation through technology solutions, software implementation, and change management. With 12+ years of experience in Salesforce, Kristine harnesses this to build successful strategic client relationships and bring innovative solutions to the table. Her industry experience includes working with clients through the process of mergers and acquisitions, connecting past solutions to current challenges, and helping clients build brand loyalty. She is highly committed to driving results for the organizations she serves, making sure the solutions she builds drive real business value. Kristine is a passionate member of Women Elevate at Spaulding Ridge and is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for women in consulting.

Prior to her time at Spaulding Ridge, Kristine worked at a variety of consulting and technology firms, gaining experience as a Salesforce Product Owner. She took part in PSA vendor selection and implementation; collaborated with business owners in marketing, sales, and service on overall processes; designed data and technology solutions; and created integration strategies to achieve business objectives. She earned her Bachelor of Public Administration from Park University and has completed numerous certifications from Cornell University.

Kristine is based in Kansas City, Missouri and is actively involved in her community. She volunteers regularly with the Kansas City Rose Society, Love Fund for Kids, and KC Pet Project. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and fitness lover and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Bernice.
