Lizzie Markley joined Spaulding Ridge in 2019 with experience leading teams and providing financial consulting deliverables to non-profit clients. She has worked on data consolidation and training teams to utilize new technologies and has a strong background knowledge of accounting and investment markets.
While at Spaulding Ridge, Lizzie led program management for one of the largest firm-wide accounts within Anaplan, expanding over the years before moving into her current role as Chief of Staff. Within this role, she is responsible for helping drive Spaulding Ridge’s growth through mergers & acquisitions, supporting our new market strategy, and ensuring our culture remains intact as we expand and have the opportunity to serve more clients. Lizzie is the Women’s DE&I council chair focused on furthering the empowerment of women across the band and within our clients and partners.
Outside of work, you can find Lizzie enjoying the outdoors, backpacking, skiing, or just being near the water with family and friends. She also enjoys taking the time to read books and listen to some new music. She regularly supports Chicago Scholars and Students Consulting Non-Profit Organizations at Ohio State.
Lizzie earned her Bachelor’s in Finance with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Innovation from The Ohio State University and is now based out of Chicago, IL.
