In response to the current situation, we have implemented our Business Continuity Plan, which enables our clients and colleagues to remain safe, while still allowing us to take care of customers’ needs and deliver critical business solutions in the Cloud. We have suspended all travel and have implemented a ‘work from home’ policy in all of our offices across the globe. Even before the outbreak, Spaulding Ridge had implemented numerous Cloud technologies, delivery methodologies, and Data Security policies, which enable us to work securely from any location. We already had many colleagues who were delivering projects remotely. We employ Zoom video conferencing for all of our remote meetings, an Agile delivery methodology that allows us to develop solutions quickly and efficiently, and multi-factor authentication on every Spaulding Ridge system. Our clients’ data security is of paramount importance, and it is safe regardless of where the work is taking place.
