Robert has been an industry leader for 20+ years and held senior roles at several of the top consulting organizations in the healthcare field. As a recognized thought leader in the HLS industry, he has delivered transformative and effective solutions across operational, finance, supply chain, and customer lifecycle management areas of healthcare delivery. Prior roles include Chief Experience and Access Officer at a top-25 national healthcare system, leading consumer lifecycle management and consumer engagement for several Fortune 50 organizations, and leadership roles at health technology and provider organizations. At Spaulding Ridge, he will help expand the firm’s capabilities to deliver cloud technology that helps healthcare organizations drive positive outcomes for patients and ensure strong revenue and financial standing.
