Jennifer Carey will expand Spaulding Ridge’s approach to serving a growing need among our customers and in the marketplace.

CHICAGO, IL, USA (August 22, 2023) – Spaulding Ridge, a global cloud advisory and implementation firm, today announced formalizing a partnership with Certinia, a Salesforce-native, enterprise-wide tool that transforms service businesses.

As part of this investment, Spaulding Ridge is adding Jennifer Carey as a Delivery Manager in their Certinia practice. Jennifer has led go-to-market and delivery operations for SaaS consulting teams for over fifteen years, serving enterprise clients in the high tech, professional services, education, healthcare, and non-profit/NGO sectors. She led one of the first implementations of Certinia’s newest offering, Customer Success Cloud, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise on architecting Certinia PSA, ERP, and analytics solutions for enterprise and commercial customers. Jennifer will help develop and expand Spaulding Ridge’s capabilities, ensure successful projects, and work closely with clients to ensure outcomes.
